"I ran a coffee shop, learnt to make cakes and started a wholesale cake business, I was the director, owner of a tennis club. Up to the age of 19 I worked with my late uncle in his hotel. I washed up, I was the chef's right hand, I was a waitress, bar tender, receptionist cleaner...in my mind I am always split between software and working in say a coffee shop, restaurant, bakery. I make sourdough bread, I started an online vitamin store... not great what can I do, where can I work when so many years have been dedicated to IT, over 30...
And hobbies, tennis, padel, baking, writing, taking photos, I want to learn to play the saxophone, I want to try and paint, to create clay vessels... so much left to do and I really want to learn Greek. Solution, lol do not sleep so much, a four hour average is fine.."
